 The Company hereby announces that, by resolution of the Board of Directors held at 9:30 a.m. on June 19, 2026, it has resolved to issue new shares as follows:

1. Type and Number of New Shares: Class 6 Redeemable Convertible Preferred Shares, 155,948 shares

2. Par Value per Share: KRW 500

3. Issue Price per Share: KRW 83,361

4. Total Paid-in Amount : KRW 12,999,981,228

5. Payment Date: July 3, 2026

6. Method of Allotment for New Shares: Third-party allotment pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 2, Item 4 of the Articles of Incorporation

7. Others: Any and all matters necessary for the issuance of new shares are delegated to the Representative Director.
